    5. Eating Good Fats

    Good fats are the essential fatty acids like omega-3 and omega-6. Your body can not live without these essential fatty acids. EFA’s are needed to make cell membranes, hormones, and other body chemicals. They protect the heart and fight inflammation. EFA’s to help people with dry skin, acne and eczema. Essential fatty acids are found in cold water fish such as salmon or sardines, flaxseed oil, walnut oil, and supplements.
